Halloween is definitely one of my favorite Holiday's. It's hard to pick my favorite part. It used to be going to haunted houses and mazes and things like that. But I don't go to them now that we have kids so I guess my favorite part is carving pumpkins and also the chocolate. Just like Aimee :)
I've come to the conclusion over the past few years that I really don't like the Holiday. There really is no significance to it from a religious stand point and there are 2 reasons my kids want to celebrate it...candy and getting to dress up. I let them do the dressing up bit and they get a little bit of candy. I don't however decorate at all.
Growing up, we always had homemade caramel corn and a scary movie at Halloween. Now as an adult, we are carrying this on by watching movies and eating goodies while we hand out candy to the later trick or treaters.
Halloween isn't a holiday I celebrate, though I do give out candy. But this year, my favorite part was seeing all the creative cupcakes, hot dogs (mummies), and candy corn parfaits, and such, on all the different blogs. I didn't make any, but might next year.

My favorite part would be dressing up, candy, and doing the corn maze with Joseph. He loves to tell us which way to go.
Roasted pumpkin seeds and handing out candy so I can see all the kids' costumes.
